INSURANCE AGENT

Hillary was born and raised in Imperial, Nebraska attending Chase County Schools. After high school, she moved to Omaha with her son Kevin to attend Omaha School of Massage Therapy.

After graduating from massage school, Hillary and Kevin settled back in Imperial. In 2016, Hillary joined the local Farm Bureau office where she found a passion for insurance and obtained her P&C license. Hillary also recently obtained her life and health license.

In her spare time, Hillary enjoys following her boys, Kevin, Bentley, and Tate around to their sporting events and activities. She also enjoys gardening and working in her yard.

CROP INSURANCE SPECIALIST

KC brings 10 years of insurance and leadership experience to the agency and is licensed in home, auto, farm, commercial, crop, and life insurance. While KC is fully licensed to write all lines of business, he specializes in farm and crop insurance.

KC and his wife, Mikayla, reside in Bellwood with their 2 kids. In his spare time he enjoys camping, fishing, raising cattle and spending time with his family.

When Tarra began her career in the insurance industry 14 years ago, she had no idea what was ahead of her.  But now she can’t imagine doing anything else!

She enjoys developing relationships with her customers, whether it’s a young couple just starting out, or established business owners maintaining and growing their companies.  Tarra’s proud to be known a sustaining resource to her clients, improving lives, while finding solutions from personal to commercials lines.

Tarra and her husband, Richard, have been married 24 years and have raised two boys, Christopher and Ethan.  They all enjoy friends and family, even if it’s just “hanging out” or playing games.

Tarra’s hobbies include traveling, kayaking at the lake in the summer, or working on art projects at home, (while listening to her favorite audio books!)

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

CSR Melissa Franken grew up in Keith County on a family farm south of Ogallala. She attended Southeast Community College in Lincoln and worked at Tom Spahn Ins for 10 years. In her spare time, Melissa, her husband, William, and her son, Braden, love to go camping and spend time at the lake near Ogallala. They are members of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Brule, and Melissa is also involved with the local 4-H clubs. She is a club leader and board member of the local chapter.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

CSR Polly Rothwell was born and raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska. She was a CSR for Farm Bureau for 20 years and has been with Tom Spahn Insurance for the past six years. Polly has enjoyed working with so many different clients over the years and has made many friends through the insurance business. She has five children and nine grandchildren with another on the way. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her grandchildren’s many sporting events and traveling to see her daughter and granddaughter in Nashville, TN.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Jess Dowdy grew up in Arthur, Nebraska, where she and her husband Mikel are raising four daughters — Sawyer, BrayLyn, Reagan, and Maisey. When she’s not coaching youth volleyball, she enjoys working cattle with her family, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at the lake. Much of her family time is spent together on the ranch, whether it’s caring for cattle or building fences — it’s truly a team effort. She is eager to continue learning all that the insurance industry has to offer and is currently studying hard to pass her licensing exam on the first try.

INSURANCE AGENT

Brandon comes to Nebraska Owner’s Insurance Agency with a diverse background in Human Resources, Insurance, and Retail. He received his bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan, with double majors in International Business and German. Brandon obtained his insurance license in 2008 and actively marketed insurance products managing teams producing over $1,000,000 in premium income consistently each year. In 2017 Brandon joined the family retail business. During this time, he increased sales and profitability at two restaurant locations, trained, developed and retained several employees, and fully staffed two convenience store locations. Brandon brings vast sales experience to our teams at NOIA. Brandon and his wife Michelle, reside in Geneva, Nebraska and have one son, Calvin.
